Ask Lessor for a list of dog breeds not allowed at any property managed by Elevation Real Estate and Management. Pets may not be kept or bred for commercial purpose while on the property. Unauthorized pets, including pets of visitors or guest, will not be allowed on the property even on temporary basis. The maximum number of pets allowed for each unit is two (2). The maximum size and weight of any dog not to exceed 75 lbs. combined weight; unless otherwise approved in writing with Lessor.
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit at any time; this includes any products used medicinally. This property is designated as a no-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the property; both inside the units and in any common areas, parking areas, and any or all areas within the property boundaries. Any lessee acknowledges the following: smoking increases the risk of fire; smoking is likely to damage the unit; second-hand smoke is likely to drift from one apartment to another; exposure to second-hand smoke causes adverse health outcomes. The term “smoking” shall include the inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possession of any lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe, and/or other product containing any amount of tobacco or other similar lighted product. Any lessee acknowledges that Lessor’s adoption of a smoke-free living environment and the efforts to designate the premises as smoke-free do not make the Lessor the guarantor of Lessee’s health. However, Lessor shall take reasonable steps to ensure compliance with the terms and provision of this Addendum. Lessee is responsible for informing Lessee’s guest of the no smoking rule.
